The DH-55 Dispense & Extraction System designed for 15, 30, 55 and 275 gallon containers. These systems provide cost effective solutions for dispensing and extracting liquids.
 

Extraction Systems: [ DH-55] [DH-554] [BB-20 ]

The Dispense & Extraction System comprises three primary components:

  • Dispense Head
  • Extraction Tube Assy
  • Closure
Optional tube length and threads available for different Drum or Containers configurations. Both rigid or flexible tubes may be specified.

INSTRUCTIONS TO INSERT AND REMOVE
THE LIQUID EXTRACTION DISPENSE HEAD, DH554

1.) Insert the Quick-Connect Dip Tube EX55 into container.

2.) While lifting the outer Housing Ring of DH55 (center flange), push the Dispense Head firmly onto the Quick Connect Insert EX55 Extension Tube (pp), overcoming the resistance of the O-rings.

3.) Release or push the outer Housing Ring (center flange) down until it stops at the Flange of the Insert (1/4" down-movement). Connection is now locking.

4.) Test by lifting the Dispense Head by the upper flange. If it cannot be lifted out of the Quick-Connect Insert, the system is ready for use.

REMOVAL

1.) Pull the outer Housing Ring (center flange) up. The balls unlock and the system can be lifted out.
